Home team manager to contact appointed referee and confirm match fee and expenses, then confirm details and match fee with opponents no later than a Wednesday evening prior to a fixture. If the fixture is postponed,
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR OPPONENTS AND REFEREE ARE INFORMED.
The League will try to appoint registered referees to all fixtures, but this is not always possible. It is the home team’s responsibility to nominate a suitable person to referee the fixture (Rule 23B). Fixtures will be on the FA Full Time, managers will receive emails from Do Not Reply Full Time, with Fixture and Referee information, any changes to the fixtures or appointed referee you will receive an email.
You will receive an SMS TEXT MESSAGE from the FA Full Time, Text result back to FULL TIME/MATCH DAY APP (if you are the home team and win 2-0, you reply 2-0, if you lose 0-2, you text back 0-2) Update STATS on FULL TIME/MATCH DAY APP by Wednesday following the fixture (mid-week fixtures 3 days after).
If not completed by the Wednesday evening a £15 will be imposed. It is important if you are having difficulties completing your STATS you email Dennis Drewry. (Note Match Day App is not always reliable). As per Rule 21
All players will need to have a FAN and will need to be attached to a Parent FAN on the Player Registration System.
The registration document must incorporate a current passport-size photograph of the Player seeking registration together with confirmation that the Player’s proof of date of birth has been checked by the Club and is accurate. Clubs must also register players on the League Papionne portal with the identical information, once both systems have been submitted to the League for approval. The player is fully registered when the Player ID card is showing in the League Papionne portal.
All managers must have an in-date FA DBS, Introduction to Coaching Football or higher, with an in-date FA Safeguarding Children & FA First Aid. Any new managers must have a valid DBS, complete the FA Playmaker and have 6 months to complete the Introduction to Coaching Football qualification.
